Chateau C-ADA-KIT ADA Handicap Door Convertion Close Handle w/ Corded Fastener
Ensure self-storage units comply with ADA requirements with the ADA Handicap Door Conversion Close Handle by Chateau. The C-ADA-CL is an inexpensive solution to retrofitting your facility for being ADA compliant. Under the ADA’s “scoping requirements” 5% of the first 200 storage units and 2% of the units over 2% must be accessible. For example, a 350-space facility must have 13 accessible units with a variety of units in each “class” (i.e. climate controlled or not climate controlled and size options) offered by the facility.
The C-ADA-KIT Handicap Door Conversion Kit includes:
One (1) C-ADA-SB Sign with Braille
One (1) C-ADA-CL Close Door Handle
One (1) C-ADA-OP Open Door Handle with Cord
